The equipment is rented only for the date and time stated in the booking.

A 50% down payment of the total booking cost is required to secure the reservation. Payment must be made through GCash. The booking will be confirmed once SB Sound verifies the proof of payment. The remaining balance must be paid according to the agreed payment schedule.

The renter is responsible for the equipment while it is in their venue. Any loss or damage caused by the renter, guests, or misuse must be paid for by the renter.

The renter must provide a safe venue and a stable power supply. SB Sound is not liable for damage caused by unsafe conditions or power problems at the venue.

Cancellations or changes to the booking date must be reported to SB Sound in advance. If the client cancels the booking, only 25% of the total booking cost will be refunded, subject to SB Sound's cancellation policy. The remaining amount will be non-refundable.

The equipment must not be modified, sub-rented, or moved to another location without SB Sound's consent.

By checking the agreement box when booking, the renter confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms above.
